I've tried BeSweet, but it shows error...
Also, I can't imagine how I can convert audio file (without video) with Nero.

Could you advice me some software?

I've tried BeSweet, but it shows error...Lol.. a really good example of what a problem report should not look like. How about commandlines, actual error messages, logfiles?

Now it works, but I can't strech audio in AAC Machine...

If you already have Nero installed try giving Foobar2000 a go!

Once set-up, Foobar2000 can generate 6Ch AAC-LC/AAC-HE streams from 6Ch AC3 streams with ease...

There should be more information to get you started, over in the "Audio Encoding" section.
