Numenu and AviSynth [Archive]

Hi everyone.
I have installed Avisynth 2.08 and numenu4u (lateset vers.)and if i trie to start Numenu it says something that i have the wrong AviSynth version...should get avi 2.5 (as far as i remember) and restart.
Is this really necessery?!!? or am i doing something wrong?
same for avisynth 2.07.

Can someone help?!?!?

yes, it's necessary to use AviSynth 2.5!

You should use the latest version of Avisynth.

hmmm...the latest version is 2.8 so how can i use 2.5 AND the latest version?!?

the latest version is 2.5.5

not sure where your looking but http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=57023 is where to get it from
