Using and tweaking Guavacomb, I could not eliminate it.

I hope I have better luck with DeDot.

there's some sort of a waiting list at the bottom of the page, with a countdown timer..maybe you were in a long queue? :) ..Then, you have to reclick on the link that appears. It doesn't seem to be sensitive to referrer blockers though.
