I encoded a clip to x264 (b158, AMD64) with HE-AAC in matroska. Playback is done with ffdshow and coreaac. After 3 seconds, windows close MPC saying it tryed to execute code in data memory (DEP).

Anyone got the same problem?

...only when I try to mux the initial mkv (VDubMod-generated) with mkvmerge. I meant to bring it to Mosu's attention after checking that it hasn't been reported yet (mkvtoolnix threads tend to grow large very quickly...) AND after trying one of his quick bug-fix releases.

Oh, you do use celtic_druid's patched ffdshow DLL, don't you?

teegedek, you better point him to this link: http://www.aziendeassociate.com/libavcodec.bpyramid.7z since the celtic druid website is already overloaded.
