What DVD player do you use?

I was wondering what are the people using as a software dvd player, there doesn't seem to be much and I'd like to expand my knowledge about new ones. I used cyberlink powerDVD several years ago, and now it's been about 2 years I've been using winDVD, but I don't like it anymore since I have a couple of problems with it, and powerDVD too.

Winamp_Hater uses RealPlayer for DVD playback not only realvideo playback.RealPlayer uses the installed DVD decoders for DVD playback like WMP10.Also my opinion is that RealPlayer is a better DVD Player than WMP10.:o

WHAT??? I've tried Real Alternative, because one person like you had told me! And the result is - MPC can play the RealMedia, but It's a bit ordinally (but it's good). WMP plays also the video, but if I can say that's playing! You have to wait a minute to start. So - I had RealAlternative only for 1/2 hour!
I don't play only DVD and RealMedia in RealPlayer, I play also Mp3s, Video and etc.
I must say, that Real's software is way better than the others. It can play Mp3, Mp2, Mpeg, AVI, Windows Media , Quick time and even OGG Vorbis (With a plugin). It can display subtitles too (Also with a plugin). So what else do you need???
PS: I wonder why there's a Real Alternative, but there's not Winamp Alternative (To play NSV Files in other players!).

In linux on my Opteron, I use xine to play DVDs or (S)VCDs. In Windows, I use NVDVD because I have an nVidia GeForce card.

On the laptop in Windows, I use PowerDVD. In linux, I use xine same as on the Opteron. PowerDVD in Windows doesn't work with the hardware accelerated MPEG2 on the laptop, but xine in linux does.

In Linux I use either MPlayer, ogle or xine. It depens on what mood I'm in and if I want to skip the whole menu thing.

In windows I usually use PowerDVD, but now there's a windows version of mplayer I might use that more and more...
