Nero Recode Error: can get it to encode in AVC

My log file is below. It keeps telling me i have an encoding error. thing is, i have no idea how to interput the error message at the bootom of the log.

any help or deciphering would be most appreciated. i'm running a 2.6ghz machine with 1gB of ram. no other programs are running.

apologies for both posting the serial and not searching hard enough. i did do some searching but did not find any specific answers. will go back to look again.

Searched again and only found one instance of the same error message, but no answer. i did a fresh install, inluding cleaning my system of all previous Nero programs with the nero clean tool. I still get the same error.
