can any of the real producers do live streaming from webcam usb???

I think it depends on which USB camera, and which driver version is installed. Producer Mercury Alpha sees my Logitech USB camera without any problems, and I have successfully streamed live RealVideo from it:

producer_mercury_alpha1>producer -pd
