NuMenu4u Error

When I try to start NM4U, i get a 339 Runtime Error:

Component 'vbalCmdBar6.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Does anyone know what this is? I thought that it might have something to do with Visual Basic since it is an .ocx file. Any help will be appreciated.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. I wonder why?
