Xvid 1.1 beta1

Is Xvid 1.1 beta1 enough stable and debug to be used instead of 1.0.3 ? known bugs ?

i ask this cause 1.1 beta1 is in "Latest unstable binary" section on koepi's page.

I suggest you to grab a post beta 1 build since it has some bugs with GMC and cartoon mode.

The latest build is dated 2005.03.05 and fixes some of the bugs in GMC and cartoon mode.
If you want all the additional stuff that's in the koepi's 1.1 beta1 build (the fourcc changer, the stats reader etc) just install it and then install the 2005.03.05 build over.

who made this release ?

Celtic Druid. His builds are made with the source from xvid CVS.
Also they're compiled with ICL so they're as fast as Koepi's builds.

Just in case there is any confusion. I just compiled it. The fixes are official and will be included in beta2.
