hello I have been through this board, couldn't find;
i followed the guide from a to z,
not when docce4u finish encoding, it's normally supposed to launch scenaid isn' it? or is batchcce? I don't know what's the difference.. and I don't know what files to choose, what to do to import all to scenarist and make everything back together. can someone light me? this is a very difficult method; for a dvd that dvd-rb can't handle.
thank you
hello mariogarcia,
with the current public release of the programs that comprise the 'big 3' method, there is no way to manually launch scneaid after dif4u has completed, however this option will be avaliable in the next release (fingers crossed)
i am a little confused as to where you have gotten the impression that batchcce can launch scenaid though ?!?!?
generally the approach i use, is to open scenaid AFTER dif4u has finished, and get Scenaid to open BatchCCE/Batchencode, which when finished encoding will automatically import your script (.scp) file into scenarist.
if you have finished encoding, and have already used scenaid to create your .scp file, you can manually import this into scenarist following the old method, located in this guide: RA method (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/ra-guide.htm)
or, in Scenaid, select the option in Options ---> Other Options----> Associate SCP files to Automate Scenarist, then double click on the .scp file in your demux directory.

well, thank you
I based my self on this line of the new guide:
"Step 4: Reauthoring
Following encoding, Scenaid will then close BCCE, open Scenarist, and Import our Script(.SCP) file, creating a new Scenario in this process.
If you accidentally closed Scenaid, or incorrectly configured your options, you will have to manually import your script into Scenarist. For details on how to do this, please see this guide."
I assumed that scenaid would launch, would close bcce or dcce and do what it takes.
sorry I misunderstood the guide.
btw, there isn't an option is dif4u to open scenaid.. or is it? public release I mean
