I have a 48000hz wave that I want to make into a 44100hz wave. What is the best way to maintain as much quality as possible during this downsampling? I've noticed that during a 48000>44100 conversion the audio sounds a few dB lower. Is this normal? I have been using SSRC with these options: ssrc --rate 44100 --att 2 --twopass --dither 3 input.wav output.wav
