lost on making filter work

I'm a newbie on Virtualdub ,, what i'm trying to do is run MSU Logo removal .. in vitual dub logo looks removed , I go to frame serve into TMPGEnc Plus and log is still in video ... I'm missing a step ?

Are you using "Full processing mode"? Otherwise the filters won't have any effect...

yep , using full processing ,, I've figured out my problem but working on how to fix .... Filter is working but I need to adjust it over area to edit out ... I've checked by adding solid black square to video .. works like a charm in opposite corner :eek:
