I bought DVD's but DTS is much better , so i copied the DVD's onto my harddrive and then used DTS Disk audio and merged them. Get a perfect DTS DVDR !
Now in the past all DTS Disk (cdroms) have been .AUD Files. Progy out there to easily decode, use other progys to merge etc . Quite fast & simple.
Now MPAA has changed their format from .AUD files .... to .AUE on all recent or upcomming DTS Disks.
R2T5.AUE
I have searched the web forever it seems to find a progy that might be able to decode this new format. Of course , no success (which is why im posting), when you use the same progys as the AUD files , the end result is static.
I figured a possible way to get around this would be to put the CDRom (DTS Disk) into a DTS DVD Player then use a soundcard to cap the sound and re-record it.
Been lookin for other solutions (possibly a progy) rather then spending $$$ for hardware equip to get around this new .AUE format.
Thankx for help !!!
