clip name in avi

While playing an avi file, in the file properties, there is some info about the clip lik clip,description...
Can I fill these fields while creating avi in VirtualDub? Or an other tool is necessary?

Virtualdub 1.6.4 will allow setting of info fields in saved avi.
File - Set Text Information...
