Sound out of Sync from nomral DVD Rip

Well I've used AutoGK with great sucess over the years. Recently I've encountered a issue with the sound being out of Sync. To be exact it's the Stargate SG-1 Series / Season 7. I've tried several times to decrypt then to encode. Every time the sound is out of sync. It's one of those DVD's that you have to pick and episode from the stream. Any ideas why this might be happening? The video is about 2-3 seconds ahead of the audio. Also there is only one sound stream choice except for the directors comments. FYI I'm using Beta 1.93 and the latest DVD Decrypter.

Or you can just take what you have and adjust the audio delay until it's back in synch.
