I made some matroska videos with rv10 for video and aac for audio. I added subtitles, and when the subtitles are displayed in Media Player Classic, there is a slight pause when each of the subtitles pops on to the screen, is this a known problem with MPC or does it have something to do with the container?
The only other time that I used subtitles I added them through ffdshow and they worked great, I could do that here too with ffdshow raw video enabled, but I wanted to have the subs integrated into the file, not seperate.
I tried turning up the number of subpictures for MPC to buffer ahead, and turned down the resolution of the textures, it helped a little, but it is still noticeable.
