In a recent thread by siddan (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=90577), there was an issue of executing a cell command if the cell is connected seamlessly. The cell command started life as a LinkTailPGC.

We have all seen the LinkTailPGC cell command in the final cell of a PGC, which seems strange (because when the cell finishes, it should link to the post commands, anyway, right?)

La Barge (at page 231) says:
“Some (my emphasis) DVD players will not execute a Post command in the last cell of a PGC if the cells are connected seamlessly and the PGC resides in the VMGM or VTSM domains. The solution to this problem is to either use single-cell PGCs in these domains or to use the LinkTailPGC nav command in each cell of the PGC”.

Note: Each cell, which seems ridiculous in a multi cell PGC that you want to play sequentially.

Anybody got any comments on this?

That's really interesting! That would explain why we see that silly cell command so often! I'd like to know which players have this "flaw".
