How to enable streams change while watching? Disabled on original disc

So i got this dvd. Its original DVD9 disc.
Audio/Subs can't be changed while watching move (tested in PowerDVD and WINDVD - options grayed out, and on standalone - operation prohibited).
In test backup I did remove P-UOPs via IfoEdit. It didnt help :/

Any suggestions/help pls?

there could be u_ops in the actual vob file also not just the ifo.

You can set DVD Decrypter's File mode settings to remove PUOPs in IFOs and VOBs. ;)
