ok I'm ripping a dvd to svcd using DVD2SVCD and I would like to add a second Audio BUT this second audio is not a the dvd I have it in .wav format, how can I add it using DVD2SVCD, Thanks

I would demux the VOB files to Video & Audio streams, then re-author these 2 together with your WAV file to make a new set of VOBs. Then use DVD2SVCD on that.

Yep, Chickenman gave you an easy way..
A couple of things to add:
- You can use pgcDemux (check a/v delay) to demux and Muxman to mux again..
- Before mux, check your wav to see if it is a linear PCM 16 bits. Any other combination is not supported by D2S (although it is supported by muxman).
EDIT:
After muxing, check your new audio / video delay playing the DVD to see if it is in synch.
