DVD2SVCD files Split

I'm encoding a 3cd with 3cd 900mb (svcd) movie with DVD2SVCD and after it's done, my 1st .mpg file is always 2-3mb bigger than the other parts (like 895mb for the first cd and 893mb for the second and third) I would like to get my files all in 893mb if possible, can anymore help me with that ? which options I have to change or something...

No encoder is going to be able to encode to an EXACT file size...if you need all your files to be 893mb or less change the output file size to be 890 or something. 2mb is not exactly a big difference! :)
