I have my wedding DVD but I am going to visit my grandpartens in Germany so I need to burn my DVD+R NTSC to DVD+R PAL
Is this possible?
All I need is to change Video System

I can understand why people want to go from PAL to NTSC, but are there really any TV/DVD player's left in Europe that will not play NTSC DVD's ?

Other than that, try search, there are quite a few posts about this (You could also check the "Other MPEG1/2 encoder" sub forum, as there have been some activety in this regard there lately :)

You also might consider asking them what model of dvd player they have, sonce many players will play both pal and ntsc. I have an ntsc hdtv and an apex 2600, and both play fine for me.
