Each time I look up the properties (with TCMP) of the Nero Video Decoder I see that all the Options are disabled, though I would like to enable:
1. Use Direct X VA if available
2. Use Line21 / Mpeg-4 Sp Video Padding
Are there any 'registry tricks' or other ways to enable these settings?
