ok heres the deal ... i like the frameserving method of encoding thru virtualdub/nandub the best but sometimes the calculated bitrate gives you a final movie just over the 702 megabyte limit so you cant burn the movie off and get it off your harddrive on a normal CDR, so my question is ... if all i was doing to the movie was re-adjusting the bitrate to get it under the 702 meg limit, does it affect the movie quality if i just load the finished movie in virtualdub/nandub and adjust the bitrate and save? i dont mind re-encoding but it is faster to use the "normal recompress" instead of the "full processing mode" ... which brings up another question ... why doesnt "fast recompress" work? thanx in advance if anyone can answer this question :-)
