View Full Version : Several titles in one single dvd (problem)

Hello, I've been using CloneDVD 2 for a while because IMO it's the easier 1-click solution for DVD backups. If I'm wrong you can tell it, but I think CloneDVD 2 is easier and faster than any other. Well I think it was smart until I decided to backup a special movie that goes out of the standariced backup. Let me explain it:
I have this movie that has several vobs (obvious) but the problem is the movie isn't a single tittle, it's on several. Like this:

Intro 1.10
Short feature 15.51
Movie 1.35.51
(All times are HH:MM:SS)

So when I try to back it up with CloneDVD 2, first I selected the smallest, then the one in the middle and finally the main movie, but I don't know why CloneDVD tends to order his own way. I had selected parts in that order from the smallest to the largest.

So after several minutes waiting I got these files:

But when I play it either in MPC or in PowerDVD it goes this other way:
Intro 1.10
Movie 1.35.51
Short feature 15.51

How can I solve this. Any utility to change order of titles? Maybe vobutil would solve this?
Any other DVD backup software that let me select the order of playback of titles and maybe to change which audio language should play before than other (even if the original dvd had another structure)?

Thanx ppl for you support :)

BTW, the title of the movie is The meaning of life

Any other DVD backup software that let me select the order of playback of titlesUse DVD Shrink's re-author mode. Uxe the up and down option
and maybe to change which audio language should play before than other (even if the original dvd had another structure)? You can also do it in DVD Shrink. Right click on dragged Title and select Default streams.

Or, you could use PgcEdit to re-order the titles' playing order and also set the default streams.

I think I'll use pgcedit due to I tested dvd-shrink before and well, I rather prefer Clonedvd2.

Anyway, thanx ppl :)
