nero 99% burn error

i have been trying to backup DVDs usign DVDshrink every thing works fien untill nero has an error at 99% of the burning processs i believe it said it was a block acess error of the 2 DVDs i treid to back up only one works , but i have to use the remote to acsess the menu. i am using and external liteon +- burner with Durabrand(walmart) DVD-R disks i have used this brands CDs and they work fine.:confused:

nero says that the program "can not be run in this language" even though everything else in the progeram works fine
