split long MP3 using BeSweet GUI

hi folks, i read that BeSweet can be used to split my 650MB MP3 file (some self made 10 hours audio voice) into smaller MP3's, but i cannot get it how. I'm good only with GUI versions of any software.

Any other recomendations are welcomed.
