For some reason all my XVID and DIVX files are being shown really small and cannot get them to be shown full screen. They even encode to DVD format (vobs etc) and show on a TV really small. I`ve uninstalled FFDSHOW and installed it again with no change. Does anyone know why this has happened.

It's not a codec fault. Check the player settings.

What's the resolution at which you encoded? Maybe they were small to start with? Did you try VLC Player which doesn't depend on DirectShow filters? If it looks b0rked in VLC too, then it's the problem with file itself and not ffdshow or any of the players.
