Do you mean a resizing filter? If so, yes, there is an internal resizing filter.

What i mean is that something like dshaker has al. that stuff on it to re a line the video colors and too soften and too um couleate the video first then it corrects the picture. but i don't want the picture to shake, zoom or do either. i can't find one that is a video stabilzer like i want.

do you know a video stabilzer like that without the frame pciture effects?

do you think you can make a filter that has that stuff just with out the effects of the border moving and zoom?

Sorry, but deshaking is not something I'm interested in devoting any time and effort to right now.
