I got some painful doubts.

Drf Analyzer is a tool that examines avi files and analyses their quality.

Its last update is 0.9.5.1 to support DivX5.05

First problem: after Divx5.05 codecs have done a lot o improvements... Divx is now upgraded to 5.21/Fusion, XviD the same. The principles of Drf Analyzer can be applied on latest codecs?.

Second problem: Drf examines compression of the images in the avi, reporting it to quantizer compression. While this is fully applicable to Xvid compression (if I am not wrong, xvid executes the first pass based on quantizer, the second pass just fixes the output to desidered size), how much this method can be applied to divx encoding, where multiple passes examines each time the images trying to develop an higher quality each encoding?
