What happened to the Xbox Media Center site?

Anyone happen to know what's going on with xboxmediacenter.com/.de? The last several times I've tried to access it, I couldn't connect. I'm thinking of putting one together and need to read some info.

They haven't been shut down by M$ or anything, have they?

I have read on XBOX Scene that the Web Site is just Temporally down. So don't worry M$ have not got to them.
