would it be possible to view an ISO image burned on a dvd?? sorry it's so nooby.

Yeap. WinRar, Isobuster and UltraISO are three that spring to mind.

woops, :eek: i messed up... i meant would it be possible to view them on a dvd player??? or would the dvd have to be burned in dvd-format?

maybe; they play *.jpg, *.mpg, *.mp3, and divx, there might be a dvd player that plays movie *.iso, but i would go with burning it in a dvd-format

Are you talking about software players or standalones?

standalones. so would be the point of an ISO image?? i mean, their not that different than the regular video_ts folder, it's also a copy of a disc, in a way. both, ISO's and video_ts files can be read using a software player, and can be burned onto a dvd, so i dont see much point in ISO's. can someone give me a good thing about ISO's?

jump chapter, switch languages, turn on/off subtitles; when you're play Diablo 2 LOD*, you can either take about 5min to make an *.iso and put the cd into storage or use the original and risk scratching it
