Converted menus, converted vob's, missing a step

OK, i have looked everywhere and i am missing a step to this process!

I have a pal dvd, and i want it to a ntsc dvd. This dvd is a ST:TNG season disc, and has 4 episodes on it, making the naming of each vob crucial. (each episode is its own title set)

So, here's what i did:

1. Converted the menus with nuMenu4u (these remain as vob's)
2. Converted the video vob's to m2v and ac3 using tmpg
3. How do i get the m2v and ac3 to vob, being named properly and fully functioning???

I had read it that he's got his menus OK and that the video (meaning the titleset VOBs) was his main concern now.

Pls tell us exactly what you need to do bovenstine!

I can convert the video to the proper vts_##_#.vob files using separate tracks in tmpg dvd author, but when i add them to the menu files converted with nuMenu4u, the whole dvd plays fine with power dvd, but when i go to burn it, nero tells me 'dvd-video reallocation failed'. ignoring the error, i burned anyway, and the disc does not play in my set-top player.

From memory, Nero whinges like that when there is no VIDEO_TS.VOB (or it is 0 bytes) and should not be a problem.

Since Nero does a Get VTS Sectors, that shouldn't be your issue. I'm gunna assume the media and player are compatible, si? Does the burned disc play in PowerDVD?

Try to burn with DVD Decrypter. In fact, use this guide (http://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?link=735) to ensure a real good burn. Stick with RW till you get this right.
