can some1 please tell me how to re a line the audio with the video?

can some pleas tell me how too realine the audio with the video on this tv show it's animated? i uploaded a short clip avi file so you can look at it and see if it can be corrected.

p.s. i save the images to a .bmp file and saved the wave file and i can't seem to get it realined.

i try serval differnt ways i'm not able too re aline the video. heres what i tryed so far.

i try too see if the videoo need to be litte more blank spaces at the begain that didn't work. i try the audi too remove the blank spaces and re aline with the video that stil didn't work rigth. what i can't figure out is that i save the wave file and the images to a .bmp file it shuld be re a line preperly but it's not. the video is way ahead and the audio is way behind.

i can't figure why it's not re a lined con some please help me?

how do i use the Audio/Interleaving/Audio Skew Correction explain too me how too work so that way i know the next time?

The number in the box allows you to shift the audio relative to the video. You find the right number by trial and error with short encodes, then make your complete encode using the right number.

This only works if your audio and video have the same time duration. If they don't you have to first arrange that they do.
