Is there a way to edit IFO/VOB sets such that pulldown is applied without having to demux, modify flags, remux?

I've got some full IFO/VOB sets ready to burn to DVDR and just discovered the original source was progressive (film.) Using IfoEdit I see the playback speed is set for 30 fps for each portion.

Does anyone know how to set these for pulldown without having to re-create the whole job?

If it's 30 but the content is film, then either pulldown is already applied, or it's hard telecined. Either one is a killer for your idea.

The source is 24 fps progressive SVCD. I think I've located the problem. When I use TyTool to create source VOBs from VCDGear-generated MPEGs everything gets ginked up. It must be TyTool's VOB-Mux is only expecting 30 or 25 fps.
