Help with capturecard

Hi!
I want to start capturing digital video broadcast and i am a totally noob of this :rolleyes:.
The broadcast is terrestrial and i will use a digitalbox from Boxer in Sweden.Is there any Swedish capture guys out there??
So if someone can help me to pick a good card... :)
