Scenaid error 53 File not found

I have been trying to rip Shrek 2 using The Big 3 (new). This is the third time (previous problems I posted here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=90125) ). Since I'm not getting anywhere I let DIF4U handle all the settings. I have not changed anything: bitrate, subtitles, audio tracks, I left them all as they were in DIF4U and just pressed "Do it!"

When DIF4U finished, I went on with Step 3: Encoding and selected the DIF4U Demux Dir in ScenAid. Here's what happened after a while...
