I've used TMPGEnc Xpress 3.0 on several divx or xvid to NTFS standard (720 lines) mpegs and they usually turn out very good to excellent, but out of about 9, 2 had some motion blurriness, where if there's hardly any fast motion some blurriness appears with some signs of interlaced lines appearing also. Now this last one was a 70 min movie and had an avg bit rate of 7200 (on xpress encoding output) which is even higher then most and I checked off 8000 max as I usually do. I also selected motion detection to "highest". So I don't understand on a couple of these why I get this motin blurriness that I don't get on most of the others. Any clues? Also this shows up in Xpress even in the "edit clip" mode before I convert it and it also showed up on the preview window in Procoder (tried that one also), but it doesn't show up when I play it in WMP. It's a divx3 25fps movie. I also use vbr and two passes. TIA
