insert my Own PIC ?

I have been looking for a way to insert my OWN PICTURE after the FBI warning on my DVDS. I use Dvd Decrypt, Shrink and Nero for my copy back ups. I would appreciate any ideas how to add my own pic to the Movie.

Welcome to the forum, Batman. Click on the search button and do a research and download a program called VOBblanker. Please, don't use the voice command like you would normally do with the intercom when summoning your butler, Bruce.
