Shrink Quality Settings

I have ver 3.2.015 and when I click on Backup and Quality Setting, I cannot select the Perform Deep analysis or Compress quality. Where do I go to allow me to select these options?

Is the DVD below 4.38GB? It will be greyed out if that is what has happened.

You say below 4.38, I'm using 4.7gb dvd-rw's. Or are you referring to the size of the movie being backup'd?

Ok,I just tried increasing the movie size to more than 4.38 and as you state the options are now available.

Blank DVD's are not 4.7GB (both R and RW). They are 4.38GB. The reason is because it is 4.7 billion bytes (not GB). So, any DVD's on one layer and under 4.38GB will not need Deep Analysis or compression (including AEC).

Therefore, it is easier to DVD Decrypter and just do a ISO read and write or just leave compression to 'no compression' in Shrink.
