streams>stream list, select stream > demux or save wav.

i don't see that on virtualdub v1.5.10 what is it under?

niamh talks about V Dub Mod.

In standard V Dub you have Save Wav in File menu.

Some notes: you can save audio as is (in AVI), decompressed, modified - for it set full processing at audio menu point.
V Dub works not with VBR MP3 audio, in such case use Nandub, but then you can save it only as is.
