hi all, I have captured home movies onto my hard drive using intervideo windvd creator which puts them in mpg format. I copy these mpgs onto my other computer and I am unable to view them using wmp 10. any idea as to what type of codec I need?

Hi and sorry for the delay, I got it to work. I downloaded an mpg2 encoder and it works fine now. thanx. and no, I don't have any dvd software installed, since I don't use dvds.
