I used DVD shrink 3.2 and was able to back up my movie. I can play the movie from the hard drive using WinDvD, but when I tried to burn it, it says that the file can't be imported. It is an IFO file. Please help.

I am using WinDvd creator. I just want to be able to play it in a regular DVD player.

hi,

if you have nero, use it to burn the dvd... honestly i do not know windvd creator, but iirc it is pretty much overkill. since you processed your files already all you have to do is burn them to dvd.

another method would be to do the shrink process again and let it create an iso file as the endresult. this can then be burned to DVD with dvddecrypter thus avoiding to use any commercial software...

How can I let dvdshrink create an ISO file? I don't know why an IFO file was created?

I tried again and this time I was able to back up the movie as an ISO file but I can't burn. I tried by using DVDDecrypter to burn but it is telling me Device not ready( medium not present). When I insert a new disc the message "Logical unit is in the process of becoming ready" appears at the bottom but then (medium not present) comes back again.
