program to break up MP3 file into tracks

I have 2 different files that are full CD's. Unfortunately, they are not broken up into individual tracks. The whole cd is in one track. Is there a program that I can load the mp3 file into to that will automatically break the file up into the seperate tracks? I could load it into sony soundforge, but I have to manually break it up, and I know there has to be a program that will do it automatically. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First, try to create or grab a cusheet file from your CD. Then, use MusicCutter (http://musicutter.host.sk/) to cut in different tracks.

But, did you try to rip your CDs with EAC ?
