I've used GordianKnot guide to convert movies to Divx5 but all of a sudden, I keep getting error message; AVI Import Filter error: (Unknown) (80040154). This happens when I try to do compressibility check. What does that error message mean?

Take a look at this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=67964&highlight=80040154), it suggests a re-install of GKnot due to codec problems.
