Does exist a container with forced subtitle?

I have a divx with dual audio and with two subtitle stream does exist a container that can force to show a particular subtitle stream when I choose a particualr audio stream, something like in DVD?

dunno about matroska, but in mp4 its doable with mpeg-4 systems, but its not easily doable and you need a systems capable decoder
