only one big m2v file

is there a way to make DVD Rebuilder creating only one big m2v file, instead of several small ones
the idea behind is that i'd like to use muxman to remux

if you really want to use muxman (dont know why unless adding subtitles or somehting like that)

let rebuilder rebuild, then demux the m2v out
