How can I make DVDRB to use TV scale in Dgindex?

You can do it but I don't think it will have any impact on the output because there is not YUV->RGB conversion taking place.

Anyway, all you have to do is edit the .d2v files with a text editor before you start the encode phase.

YUVRGB_Scale=1 (0:TVScale 1:PCScale)

Perhaps it works with dvd2avi 1.76, but i still have to check that.
