Strange findings regarding audio and oversize

Some unusual facts

When trying to rebuild the pal shark tale DVD (containing 3 audio streams English, French and Dutch) rebuilder only recognizes the English audio stream. (Other tools in this case dvd2one recognizes all 3) Weird huh

And here’s another one,

I find out that if you uncheck subtitles in rebuilder the outcome off some dvd’s can be slightly oversized. A second try with all the subtitles included and presto it fits like a glove (believe it or not)

Any comments or solutions about these findings?

I need to go back and review my subtitle code. I've had reports from others that sometimes they aren't removed when they should be. Frankly the subtitle removal was added as an afterthought just because it was requested. The removal of subtitles has no real effect on output quality because they are tiny.
