Menu and second movie disappeared

I authored a dvd with two movie with both tmpg DVD AUTHOR and DVDLab Pro but in any case when i try to play it with mplayer classic it starts directly with the first movie and there's no possibility to reach the main movie.
If i try to play in ifoedit i get the error:
1 out of 3 DvdVideo streams failed to render
-video streams
no valid dvd video volume could be located

In the video_ts folder there are

videots.ifo

vts_01_0.bup
vts_01_0.vob
vts_01_1.vob
vts_01_2.vob
vts_02_0.ifo
vts_02_0.bup
vts_02_0.vob

can i fix this with ifoedit or pgcedit?

"no valid dvd video volume could be located" doesn't matter. It's the less useful message I ever seen. It means there is no DVD located in your DVD drive. Just ignore it.

"1 out of 3 DvdVideo streams failed to render" is a most serious error. It means that one of the streams you intend to play is not recognized as valid. Sometimes, this message may indicate that a file is not good, or that a codec is missing.
It happens sometimes when there is a PCM audio stream in your video stream and you have installed a codec pack on your system. If so, try uninstalling the codecs you installed. Rule: never install such codec packs. It's a source of major problems with many viewer programs!

1 of the 3 streams could also mean a subpicture stream, which is not so serious. What I see is the file names are incorrect. Besides not being all uppercase (which does not matter to a software player) the first 3 files should be VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.VOB, and VIDEO_TS.BUP Note the underscore between VIDEO and TS. Without these files there can be no title menu (to choose a movie).
Did you copy these or type them? The third file has the same name as the first.

In my experience, I had the wrong video codec. Here's one way to find out in IfoEdit but you gotta get the last stable version, which was v0.96 (http://www.ifoedit.com/). When you click on your DVD Play button, it'll give you a codec listing that IfoEdit uses. This feature was taken out in 0.971. :(

Out of curiousity, do you have Elecard codecs installed?

I typed the names of the files so i made mistake:p
I don't have Elecard codecs installed.
Finally i used dvdshrink to reauthor the dvd with no menu and burned it but ,anyway,i still don't understand what happened
