Help w/ DVDShrink!

Hey Guys

Im new here and need some help. I have been using DVDShrink for about three months now with no problems. The last few discs I tried to burn, I am getting a message that says i have encountered an error and cannot further analyze the disc (this happens when it is only opening the file, i can't even get to the Backup stage).

any suggestions? thanks so much for the help!

Are you decrypting using Shrink or using another method?

Meaning, are you using Shrink on files on your hard drive or straight from the disc?
